ENROLLMENT

AIM Academy of Science and Technology (AAST) is a public charter school of choice for parents and students. AAST is open to all students and will accept applications in the order of first come first serve. AAST will utilize an open admission and lottery process to provide equal access to all students who apply, will not limit admission beyond grade level and class size capacity and will only exempt prospective students from the lottery that are provided preference in federal guidance and state law. AAST will admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to students at the school. AAST will not limit admission to pupils on the basis of intellectual ability, measures of achievement 

TRANSPORTATION

AIM Academy of Science & Technology will provide transportation to residents in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas.

Parents and families should call the transportation or the main office numbers provided down below to check whether the transportation routes reach their residential address

ATTENDANCE 

All students at Aim Academy of Science & Technology are expected to attend school on a regular basis. AAST will work closely with parents and families of students enrolled at the school to remove all barriers to a regular attendance. All families are encouraged to reach out to school administration if there are challenges interfering with the child’s regular attendance.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

AIM Academy provides enrichment opportunities after the regular school day for all students including academic support as well as extracurricular activities. The after school program provides students learning settings that brings a wide range of benefits that includes; academic development, social support, promote physical health, and provide safe and supportive environment.The after school program is available to all grades (6-9th grade). Monday-Thursdays from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. 

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

AIM Academy is offering extra-curricular activities include sports and education clubs. We currently have Basketball team as well as Archery Program. These activities benefits the students and are great way for them to widen their social circle, expand their interests and build their leadership skills.
